On almost every page there are small thumbnail images. These are links to a page
that will give you more detail about that specific item. If you need even more detail
about the item just e-mail us and we can send you a more detailed photograph of
the item. Your card will only be billed after you have approved the cost of the
freight and has send us an e-mail giving us approval to go ahead. Our system works
via e-mail. Once you e-mail us we will start the procedure, which works like this.
We send you a questionnaire in which we need the following information:-
• Your name
• Your physical delivery address
• Your postal address
• The items you are
interested in, here we need
1. The item code 2. The price
• How you want us to send
it. We can send it via courier. Works well for heavy packages. We can also use the
normal registered postal service. ( Sometimes they turn out to be the cheapest)
• For heavier packages we send via airfreight. You have to provide us with the name
of your closest international airport
• The way you prefer to pay. We prefer a credit
card payment. If you pay by credit card we will need the name that appears on your
credit card. Your card expiry date. Your security code which is the last three numbers
printed in black on the back of the card. If you ever had fears that we will misuse
your card details, rest in peace. Every transaction is filed with the order form
and the bill of lading and in the event of a query the file will give us all the
relevant detail. If the amount differs to what you agreed upon any bank will refund
you immediately. If you are scared that the e-mail might be an unsafe vehicle for
information then you can fax us or break up the e mail information into two e-mails.
First send half of the Credit card number with one e-mail then sends the other half
with a second e-mail.
• When we receive all your detail we will quote you on the
freight side of the order. We then send you an e-mail with the freight details.
We only process your credit card payment once you send us an e-mail giving us acceptance
of the freight and item charges.
The items are then packed. They are packed well.
Orders are send within minimum time of 72 hours. When the goods arrive at the airport
which is usually 3-5 working days you will be phoned by the airline who will tell
you what you must do. It is usually a simple and straight forward procedure. We
prefer this method. It is the fastest and cheapest method.
Feel free to e-mail us
with anything that you want to know. If it is some other courier company that you
prefer do let us know, we’ll send it by that company. If you aren’t in hurry/rush
of goods shipment of goods can also be made, which is cheap also an reliable way
to send goods.
Domestic courier will reach within maximum time of 3 working days.
For domestic buyers we accept DD/Cheque.
RETURN POLICY
Any specimen you are not
happy with can be returned at your own cost and when we receive that item within
30 days after you have received it we will refund you the cost of the specimen minus
any custom and clearance charges that we have to pay on our end. All return freight
charges are for your account.
Please note that no product can be returned on account
of not liking of it after delivery. Make sure that the material on the photo matches
up to your quality requirements. While returning the product make sure its in exact
condition as you have received.
Feel free to e-mail us with anything that you want
to know more. If for any reason the product (with insurance) is ever damaged in
transit, we will quickly rush a replacement to you at no extra cost to you.

The best way to purchase
an item from our website is to use our shopping cart with secure on-line order processing.
Using our secure on-line ordering system will reserve your selections for you immediately.
We use a secure server with SSL encryption to protect all of your personal and credit
card data. For those who are unsure about using SSL encryption for their credit
card data, we also provide means to place an order using our secure on-line ordering
system, and then phone or fax in your credit card information. To use our secure
on-line ordering system, simply select the "add this item to your ore-cart" button
shown beside every item in our virtual gallery. This will take you to our shopping
cart page where you may view the contents of your "our-cart", select your shipping
location & fully insured shipping method and then proceed to our checkout counter.

Note! Phoning or faxing your order to us is "off-line" and will require manual processing
at our end. Until we do that, it is possible that someone else's on-line order may
be submitted before yours, thus any unique merchandise that you select might already
be reserved by them.

Payment by Cheque
We also
accept payment by cheque from Dometic buyers only. NOTE! Payments by cashier's check
and by money order do clear much more quickly than personal checks, and we cannot
ship your order until your check has cleared. If you placed your order using our
secure on-line ordering system and selected payment by "check", then you need to

Your selections will be reserved for 7 days. If
we do not receive your check within this time, your reserved items will automatically
become available on our website once again.
Shipping Information
Credit card orders
that have been placed using our secure on-line ordering system before 4:00pm India
time on Monday thru Saturday are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after
4:00pm India time are usually shipped the next business day. Orders paid by check
are shipped when the deposited check has cleared. If you ordered several items,
they may not all be shipped in one package. The prices displayed on our website
already include the cost of packaging & handling. If you do not wish to use one
of the insured shipping methods offered for your destination in our shipping methods
drop-down list, then select "other" from the shipping methods list and submit it
along with your shipping destination. We will contact you with the shipping options
for your destination after you have finished placing your order.
Damaged Merchandise
We ship all items fully insured with extra packing to prevent damage during shipping.
If damage does occur in shipping, it must be reported immediately to the carrier
to file a claim for a refund. Be sure to save all packing materials.
Satisfaction
Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from bellissimagems.com,
you may return it in undamaged and unaltered condition within 10 days of receipt
for a full 100% refund if your payment was made. There is a 5% restocking fee for
any returned items that were paid for by credit card. To return an item (or to return
a complete "lot" from our volume discount pages), simply call us at +91-9988772108
to request a return authorization number so that we can issue a credit and provide
you with return shipping instructions. We cannot issue a credit for items returned
without a return authorization! Any returned merchandise must be received by us
within 15 business days of the return authorization date, or the return authorization
will become void and the item will be considered as sold. Returned items must sent
back fully insured and properly packaged, with a copy of your receipt and your return
authorization number. We are not responsible for postage on return items.
